Gus’s role as Eastern Region General Manager often involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. It starts with accurately scoping the project and developing an efficient and cost-effective plan for our customers. In addition to estimating, Gus is responsible for establishing reasonable project timelines and phasing plans for his projects. The Encore field crews look to Gus for guidance, expertise, and leadership to ensure that we carry out our company’s vision and extremely high expectations for ourselves in regards to quality.
