I am a sealcoat foreman, which involves applying sealcoat to asphalt in order to protect it from the effects of weather, salts, oils, sunlight and other substances that can cause pavement failure.
I enjoy the teamwork that the staff and crews of Encore Pavement have, coming together to assist when needed. Everyone is on the same page and works well together.
I like to spend time with my family and make food outside for barbecues.
