Collin Stieben is a partner and the president at Encore Pavement. He joined our concrete company in Wichita, Kansas, in January of 2020. We are excited to have Collin on our team!

    Get to Know Collin

    Collin’s role as president includes oversight related to finance, accounting, legal, insurance, banking, business development, and human resources. Previously, he served as the executive vice president and commercial banking manager for Commerce Bank, a regional bank with $26 billion in assets, and gained valuable experience as the managing director of a Wichita-based investment firm. With over 15 years of executive experience, Collin has contributed great expertise to our team. Get to know Collin through the quick interview below!

  • What do you like about working for Encore Pavement?

    We have assembled a best-in-class team at Encore Pavement, which gives us a foundation to provide the highest possible services to our customers and our employees. The Encore Pavement culture hinges on committing ourselves to quality, remaining active in our communities, and building lasting relationships with our customers.

  • What is something you like to do in your spare time?

    In my spare time, I can usually be found hanging out with my family in a gym, at a field, or on a court.

  • What will people be surprised to know?

    People will be surprised to know that I have been known to cover an occasional Garth Brooks song with the help of a little liquid courage.

  • What is your current community involvement?

    I currently sit on the board of directors at the Sedgwick County Zoo, Center of Hope, Midwest Drywall Company, and Surency. I was a past board member at the Exploration Place and served as the past president of the Wichita State University (WSU) Alumni Association.
